A Virtual Speaking Circle is a gently structured space where people can slow down, listen inward, and speak from the parts of themselves that are rarely given room in everyday life. The purpose isn’t to perform, impress, be analyzed or fix anything—it’s to create a moment where each person can come home to themselves in the presence of others.

I offer a free, live IFS demonstration so you can witness—gently and safely—what it’s like to be guided back toward your own inner signals. Instead of abstract explanations, you get to see the actual pace, tone, and tenderness of this work in real time.

During the demo, I walk one volunteer through a short, respectful process of meeting a part of their inner world. You’ll see how I create safety, how I attune, and how I help someone explore their experience without pressure, judgment, or overwhelm.
