Hello, my name is Rob. I’m here to help you reconnect with your own inner signals and find your way back to a life that feels authentically yours. A place you can truly call home.
What I Really Offer
A foundation of safety and trust to help you reconnect with yourself
Safety
My most important offering is safety. To truly face accumulated hurt and pain, you need to be with someone you feel very safe with. Without that sense of safety, not much can happen.
Rebuilding Trust
My second offering is helping you rebuild trust with yourself. How might it feel to know you can rely on your own internal signals to guide your life? How would it feel to realize that your life—exactly as it is—is already pointing you toward the way home?
How I Help You Trust Yourself
Evidence-based methods to safely explore your inner world
My Approach
Together, we will gently and respectfully get to know your internal signals. Using evidence-based methods, we will safely inquire within to uncover and unburden painful, repetitive patterns that were formed in response to unprocessed extreme experiences, ruptured relationships, or broken trust.
Internal Family Systems
Understanding and harmonizing the different parts within you
Somatic Integration
Releasing trauma stored in the body through gentle awareness
Nervous System Regulation
Returning balance to your system’s response to chronic stress
Do You Recognize these Patterns?
These patterns are trying to help you but often go too far, causing harm or unintended consequences. Experiencing them is completely normal—everyone does at some point
- “If I’m flawless, I won’t be exposed or humiliated.”
- “If I achieve a lot, I’ll be worthy of love and attention.”
- “If I’m in control, I won’t be overwhelmed or betrayed.”
- “If I’m indispensable, I won’t be discarded or forgotten.”
- “If I’m busy, I won’t have to face my emptiness or fear.”
- “If I’m helpful, I won’t be dismissed or forgotten.”
- “If I’m self-critical, I won’t be caught off guard by others’ judgment.”
- “If I’m distant, I won’t be vulnerable or betrayed.”
- “If I prioritize others’ needs, they won’t leave me.”
- “If I’m quiet and agreeable, I won’t face conflict or disapproval.”
- “If I’m invisible, I won’t be targeted or hurt.”
- “If I’m small, I won’t be a burden and get hurt.”
Without acknowledging these patterns, people often end up feeling stuck. It’s easy to believe you’re the only one struggling, which can lead to feelings of isolation or hopelessness. But you’re not alone—you’re in good company with others who understand. Together, we’ll gently and respectfully explore your inner world and build trust with yourself.
